Shipping

Of course. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse you will recieve a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Make sure you also check your spam or junk folder.

Return & Exchanges

We only take back unused items with existing hang tags (attached notices, logos, etc.). Send the items back to us within 14 days, including the return slip (included in your package). For more information you can find out more in our Return & Exchanges section.
We aim to inspect and process all returns and exchanges within 2-5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. The repayment will be made according to the payment method you used.
Please let us know if you have received a defective item. Just send us an email to support@marcelriver.com with meaningful pictures, a short description and your order number with item name.
If you have received the wrong item, please email us a picture of the wrong item with your order number to support@marcelriver.com.

Orders & Customer Account

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order already processed. However, if the order has not been shipped yet we can offer to cancel and refund the order, so you are able to place a new order with the correct items. To cancel an order, please use our contact form.

After a successful order, your invoice will be sent to you by email. (Check your spam or junk folder)

If you can't find your invoice, write us an email to support@marcelriver.com.

For security reasons, your account can only be deleted through us. If you want your account to be deleted, please send us an email or use our contact form. with your registered email address.
